Are there any doctors and psychiatrists working together in a medical practice?

Hi All,

I wondered if anyone else was having difficulty getting a physical and psychiatric assessment together at the same time.  I believe there is a need for medical practices where there is a combination of psychiatric and medical practitioners especially as some people may have complex health/mental health needs.  Does anyone know of such a practice and where is it located?
